Every item sold on the www.shoptsavotrust.org site generates vital operational funding for The Tsavo Trust who are an action-oriented, field-based, Kenyan not-for-profit conservation organisation seeking to secure and protect the Tsavo Conservation Area in Kenya. We have product sizes / dimensions for every item listed on our store. This information is found in the product description section of each product and also listed on our Product Sizing Information page. Please review this sizing information carefully as the product dimensions found on our site may be different to similar products you have purchased elsewhere.

Whilst we endeavour to strike a balance between raising vital funding for the aerial & ground conservation projects in Tsavo and keeping our products as competitively priced as possible the cost price from our international distributor also plays a large role in the retail price. Unfortunately items sized 2XL or larger cost a few dollars more per item and as such is reflected in the slightly increased retail price compared to smaller sizes.

When you have finished selecting your items, click on the cart icon at the top of the page to proceed to the Checkout Cart. Review your items and then click on either the Credit Card Checkout tab or you can also select the yellow Paypal Checkout tab to finalise paying for your order. When selecting the Paypal Checkout merchant option you can either use your Paypal account if you have one or alternatively you can simply select the 'Pay with a Debit or Credit Card' - you will just have to enter your email address and you can then Check out as a guest if you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay with a debit or credit card.

Yes, we do! Please click here to purchase an Tsavo Trust e-Gift Card which is the perfect gift for family or friends. Available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150 & $200 all you have to do is choose an amount and write a personalized message to forward onto the recipient. Upon finalising your purchase you or the person you nominate to receive the e-Gift Card will get an email with the e-Gift Card code - this code needs to be entered on the Checkout page after clicking on the tab - Redeem a gift card. Enter the code in the displayed box and the amount will deduct from your order.Any unused funds from the e-Gift Card will remain allocated against that code for any future purchase.e-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.

Items ordered on www.shoptsavotrust.org are fulfilled by an international supply company with various printing facilities worldwide so depending on where you are located, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location that can process the item that you have ordered.Not all items are stocked and / or printed in all regions so unfortunately in some cases this may result in a longer delivery window for items needing to be shipped internationally rather than regionally.

Please note that the make up of your order and the products you have selected will determine where your order is dispatched from.This might mean that delivery times for some items may differ as certain items in your order might need to be shipped separately. An additional customs fee can sometimes occur on international orders depending on a customers location. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs authority. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs authority to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Usually, it takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● USA: 3–4 business days● Europe: 6–8 business days● Australia: 2–14 business days● Japan: 4–8 business days● International: 10–20 business days ** Please be aware that not all items are stocked and / or printed in all regions so unfortunately in some cases this may result in a longer delivery window for items needing to be shipped internationally rather than regionally.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your email inbox for the latest shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information which will allow you to keep up to date with the nominated carrier for your item/s.● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.● Ask your local post office if they have your package.● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, please email the online store administrator - The Askari Project who are The Tsavo Trust's official partner in Australia at info@theaskariproject.org and we will make enquiries directly with our international supply partners.If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but an additional shipping charge will be applied.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and your contact details. We will consult with our international supply partners and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about which size to order, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store and these are found in the product description section or on our Product Sizing Information page.

In the event that there is something wrong with the quality of your items received or a customer receives a wrong or damaged item/s please email the online store administrator - The Askari Project who are The Tsavo Trust's official partner in Australia at info@theaskariproject.org with photos of the wrong or damaged item/s, your order number, and your contact details and we will sort that out for you with our international supply partners.
